Evaluation is often understood as measuring outcomes or producing reports. In my work, evaluation is embedded in implementation—providing real-time feedback, surfacing context, and supporting adaptation as initiatives unfold.

I’ll partner with you to design a tailored Evaluation and Learning plan that not only track progress and outcomes but also build a team’s ability to use data for decision-making. My approach emphasizes practical tools, clear processes, and capacity-building so staff feel confident in applying the plan themselves.

Data Collection Strategy and Systems

Data insights are needed to make programmatic, funding and organizational strategy decisions. The data being collected should be meaningful, accurate and inclusive of multiple interest groups.

I help organizations improve their data collection strategies and systems so they are streamlined, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals. The result is a sustainable system that produces high-quality information to drive learning, accountability, and smarter decision-making.

Partner Network Mapping & Collaboration Strategy

Organizations need tools to better understand the relationships that shape their work. Using partner inventories, surveys, visual network maps, and facilitated sensemaking, I help teams identify collaboration strengths, gaps, silos, key connectors, and opportunities to strengthen communication, coordination, referrals, and shared action.

This service is available at three levels: a Partner Network Snapshot for a quick scan and basic map; a Collaboration Network Assessment for survey-based mapping, metrics, and findings; and a Network Strategy Session to help teams interpret findings and turn insights into action.
